Shipping Costs:
a. Return Shipping: If a return is authorized for a damaged or defective product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

b. Cancellation After Dispatch / RTO (Return to Origin): If you cancel the order after it has been dispatched or refuse to accept delivery, a cancellation fee of ₹50 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from any prepaid amount.

a. Prepaid Forfeiture: For orders placed with a partial Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if the COD portion is not fulfilled by the customer upon delivery, the prepaid amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
